Since English language is considered as the mother tongue of the world, it is easy to find a person who speaks English on every continent and also in every country. The person who doesn’t know to speak English now starts to think how and in what ways he can learn to speak english in order to survive the language problem other than his native place.

Learning English is too easy when compare to other languages. The total numbers of alphabets in English are 26. In basic there are four skills in learning a language, such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. Here listening plays the essential part while learning the particular language. Similarly in learning english, listening can help to develop speaking considerably. Listening is a significant way to train our attentions.

If you write reviews for your own site or for someone else, you need to ensure that the reviews are of good quality in both information and context. We need to write the reviews without any errors in spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Most of the people type articles either in the website directly or in word editing programs such as notepad or MS word. If we use word processors which has spell checker and grammar checker, we can run them after we have written the article. Not all these checkers will pick up every single mistake but they will pick up most of them with reference to the articles written by you previously.

Programs such as Microsoft word do cost money to buy but we can also get free software which performs the same task. Open office is one such software with functions of costly software and is updated constantly.

In 1907, Maria Montessori founded the first Montessori school in Rome. Its overall purpose was to give four to seven year old children from low-income families a full-day educational program.

The idea quickly developed and grew in popularity and thus more Montessori schools were formed in Europe and India. It did not take long for the school method to cross over to the United States of America.

In fact, Montessori’s teaching methods created great interest in the United States from 1910 through 1920. Unfortunately, Montessori’s methods seem to be largely forgotten in the United States until the late 1950s.

It was around that time when a second Montessori movement started in America. This time, the main focus was on a set of private schools that served an almost entirely middle-class population.

The Montessori educational system struggled with it’s own success when it started having trouble finding enough teachers. In fact, it took that teacher shortage to start the creation of free-standing private Montessori teacher training centers. Each of these centers were not associated with any college or university and taught the Montessori teaching methods to aspiring educators.

In the late 1960s, some parents started to call for the public schools in their local areas to offer the Montessori education model for their elementary school children who had graduated from private Montessori pre-schools.

The public’s rush of support was given a boost by government funds being made available for new Montessori programs starting up in public school areas. Today, over one hundred U.S. school districts have some type of Montessori program.

But just why has Montessori become so popular ? Many believe it is due to the program’s ability to overcome three major problems that the public school systems are still faced with. While the public school system has been put into a state of upheaval, the Montessori school systems have flourished.
Using their unique teaching methods, Montessori students have demonstrated a consistently high level of reading comprehension and academic performance. In the book “Montessori Parents Guide”, we dive deeper into how a Montessori program is powerfully unique and sets itself aside from current teaching methods.

One subject in school that requires quite a bit of learning is History. It has been said to be one of the hardest subjects in school. The reason being that history has so many dates and events that it can be very overwhelming at times. So it can be understandable that your child will need to have help in this subject. But the tutor does not have to be someone you hired, it can be you. All history is, is learning the dates and the events that go with the dates. Unlike Math there is no figuring out anything and in English, there is no proper usage of anything. It is strictly remembering dates and events.
There is a great way to help tutor your child. Find out what section they are on, if they are studying World War II then read the section in the book that they are studying and then make flash cards. Write the date on one side and the event on the other. This way you can test your child both ways, they can learn the dates first and then the events or you can call out an event and they can give you the date.

It really can be fun learning about history. Every year something new happens and if you took a look at your textbook when you were a student and your ’s, there are probably hundreds of extra pages. That is a blessing and a curse, a blessing that your child can see everything that has happened in old history and in current history but it just means more to learn for your child.

You can make fun games out of tutoring your child. You can play the memory game . You can have your child match the dates with the events. Sometimes your child just needs someone to quiz them, learning the material yourself is great and they should learn to do that but maybe once a week you can sit with them and see where they are having any trouble and then helping them out.

You can call the teacher and see where your child is having the trouble and see if you can offer your child a more specific spot to tutor them. They may have the facts straight but cannot remember dates on the Civil War, this way you don’t have to confuse them by teaching them the stuff they already have confidence in knowing. Try to sick with the problem areas.

Don’t go behind your child’s back and ask the teacher how they are doing unless your child needs help. Have a look at their homework and tests and seeing they are in need of help. Remember, you already went to school so they need to learn the material not you. You can only help so much but your child needs to learn the material, they are the ones that are taking the test.
